If your aim is weird psychedelic/surreal buffoonery, you will find Artbreeder the perfect platform to let it all hang out.

A prompt shared between my good buddy @IAmWhoIWasNot and myself had resulted in some wild images on Nightcafe already, but mixing images together and playng around with the noise values on Artbreeder gets results beyond any imagination. The beauty in this is that unlike getting the 'pig in a poke' where you get results after you click 'create', on Artbreeded you got a scale slider that lets you play with the noise and you see what you have done. Once you are satisfied with it, you just click 'safe' and go from there, like, enhance, and pin it to your profile page.

For this one, I loaded a base image and beside it, a content image. The content image is where you use the noise slider.

So far, I used the 'Composer' only.
