Recraft v3
Tommy Jo Layne with her black Angus steer named Champy has lost the Junior Angus Steer Competition at the 1960 Houston Fat Stock Show. As he passes by Champy's stall, Rex Allen, a famous Country singer, hears Tommy Jo's sobs and he sings a song to comfort Tommy Jo.
This is inspired from a scene from the 1961 movie Tomboy and the Champ starring Candy Moore, Ben Johnson and Jesse White. It was mostly shot in Katy, Texas.
A heartwarming scene of a country singer playing guitar to comfort a young girl at a livestock exhibition, surrounded by rustic cowboy attire and a majestic black Angus steer
