Created for a challenge calling for a cold, evil person. The rules made it clear that our submissions didn't need to be "cold" in the sense of "surrounded by ice," but I ran with the Winter King idea regardless. My prompt called for the style of Luis Royo with acrylic paint.
P.S. I just found out that this creation actually won the challenge in question. I hadn't been expecting that.
