Very nice colors. Like the jewelry and splashes of red on her cheek. There are a couple of lines just under her right armpit that I really like. Haha. I'm sure that sounds weird, but it's the little details that can help. Could even have been another little line there.
The background is excellent in that it really pushes her out of the picture particularly on the sunlit side.
Harley is an ex-gymnast and acrobat so I always make her lean athletic, but it's nice to see the softer, more feminine side of her. She looks at peace with the world and herself here. As you say, happy.
