DND Series: Shifter (Monster)

Shifters are humanoid creatures descended from lycanthropes, possessing the ability to take on bestial traits temporarily. They are typically lean and athletic, standing around 5 to 6 feet tall and weighing between 110 and 180 pounds. Shifters have distinctive animalistic features such as elongated canines, sharp claws, or keen eyes, which become more pronounced when they use their shifting ability.

In their normal state, shifters look like humans with subtle animalistic traits. However, they can tap into their lycanthropic heritage to enhance their physical abilities, gaining boosts in strength, agility, or senses. Each shifter has a unique shifting ability that reflects their specific animal ancestry, such as a feline-like shifter gaining increased agility and climbing ability.
