Hobgoblin Leader

This fellow seems to have a bit more authority than most of the hobgoblins. He carries an air of leadership about him, supported by a small and slightly built frame topped by a pointy-eared noggin. A hooked nose sprouts from between two beady red eyes. His complexion is like a piece of uncured meat left out in the sun, tough and green. Mismatched armor looks and fits a bit better than most of his tribe's, and his face seems to have seen a few fights. This manages very well, you think, to make him look even uglier. Of particular interest is the string of various fingers, ears, toes, and other extremities around his neck, which doubtlessly were taken as mementos from previous encounters. He sees you as just another necklace...
