The wet streets with reflections are wonderful ! The coulds , moody feeling, textures. All good ! 

It’s odd street markings but I do like the mood. It took several tries to get the background to cooperate and it’s still this strange boulevard thing.

I think those less than optimal details don't really affect the overall image. The street looks fine  to me . A side walk and parking next to it. Excellent perspective as well.
