Oooh, is there a newly discovered tomb?  I didn't know...

Yes, the tomb originally prepared for Thutmose II, husband of Hatshepsut, but it was flooded out shortly after he was planted, and all the stuff moved, which they think they know where; Hatshepsut had prepared herself a tomb nearby but that got left and she was buried with her father, Thutmose I in the valley of the kings.  Interestingly, some of the stuff was broken by removal men - which has to be an emotive link to the past. You can just see it, "Ere, Meryrah, you knocked a bit off the sarcophagus!" "Eh, we'll rub a bit of mud on it, Ankhotep, and no-one will notice."  It is a place speculated by Howard Carter, and found more than 100 years after the last pharonic tomb which was Tutankhamun.  They know it was a king's tomb by the decoration of gold stars on a blue ceiling, only used for kings, and the full book of the dead inscription.
