Mountain Elves Winter Residence

Near Celene there still reside a clan of mountain Elves. Nomadic in the Summer, when they goat herd higher up the mountain in the winter then come a good way down the mountain. Mountain Elves are considered by many to be half-elves, because of their long association with humans, many humans in fact regard them as human and they are much revered for their 'free climbing' abilities, which they get to test out goat herding. War-like only when threatened many local human settlements respect their 'mountain God' rituals, even if they are non-believers. Particularly if they are farmers.
