Summat... should be out in space and really, unfathomably huge. Big enough to contain a star and its inner planets. The sheer amount of matter required to build such a structure would seem to preclude the possibility of its existance except for, like, Level Three civilizations. There was some thought that Tabby's Star might be surrounded by some sort of massive structure,  but I think that they've since walked that back.
