Very Precious Memories

Just some thoughts for the day.

If y'all haven't been specifically told by me, you probably didn't know that I used to play cello--just one of the many instruments I learned to play. I don't anymore, but I remember the times that I pretended like I knew how to read the notes on the sheet of music. I remember practicing my cello as my Dad would listen. I remember my parents coming to me and my sister's orchestra performances and cheering us on telling us both how wonderful we played.

I remember a lot. It's one of those very precious memories that I hope will never die. Hopefully one day I'll look back and say, "Why not try cello again?" But only time will tell what my future might bring.
