Gorgoth is a mindless demon exiled to the Void, a creature driven by a ravenous hunger that knows no bounds. Found on Island 4, his only desire is to sate his insatiable appetite—he'll devour anything, even a whole halfling village if he stumbles upon it, and chuckles at such carnage.

Yet beneath that primal hunger, there is a strange logic: he may join only those who can offer him sustenance. Feed him a Void creature’s carcass, and this base terror becomes a Special Follower—his presence brutal in might, unexpected in loyalty.

In Arcanum, Gorgoth embodies the beast within civilization—the raw, unholy hunger that lurks beneath the surface. He stands as a reminder that monstrosity need not be malevolence—sometimes, it simply exists, waiting for the right offering to bind it to a strange, silent pact.
