DreamShaper v81.4x
Kali Neelam can direct much of her considerable power internally. This increases her physicality and durability whilst reducing her need for oxygen.
However, the more oxygenated she is, the more power she can project and allocate to flying. However, both her physicality and durability decrease.
Therefore, one can deduce her power distribution from her complexion. Even at her 2 extremes, she is formidable both physically and at range.
