Formula XD-25 'SUPER NIP'

Later in the 2nd war, both sides were developing a variety of chemical and biological agents for use in weaponry. XD-25, or 'Super Cat Nip' was a purified extract of Catnip and was so intoxicating to cats that it would cause permanent madness and neurological damage to all Felines. It's use was banned after the war, but several cats started using it as a recreational drug which later was said to give rise to the Beatnip movements of the late '60's.
