The Rodeo Queen

The rodeo queen was beautiful and she was vain. All the boys wanted her, but she was only interested in one cowboy and he wasn't interested in any woman tying him down. She pursued him and finally won him over to her charms. They got married and she started college and became even more vain. She thought that she knew more than anyone. She met a boy in college who was really book smart. She started having an affair with him and thought that she was in love. She divorced her cowboy. She and the college boy moved in together. She found out that he was not who she thought he was. He was insane and abusive. The college boy assaulted her and tried to kill her. She left him. Then she forever thought about her cowboy and what a scholar that he was. Her cowboy was all that she really ever wanted, but she found out too late. Today, she stays humble and realizes that life is not all about her. She's just part of a story in the book where we all live.
