The most common error is that they forget to mention the Daily Challenge they have entered their creation into first, as rottendon already said. So voters sometimes will not recognize the twist on the DC. The second most common error is that it's not a twist on the DC. That's a great image, you chose a complicated contest to put it in though. In this game the caption is important because we're voting on the twist of the Daily Challenges, so we need to know which Daily Challenge it was entered into. I assume this wasn't. That doesn't make it less of an image but here it is regarded as off-topic. Don't be discouraged!
