In the evening's hush, As the whole world falls asleep, She sings with a voice that's plush, In the night, a melody so dear.

Don't you dare go there, Don't dare to take a guess. Death's agony waits to ensnare, Lock tight each door, and suppress.

The naive who venture too far, And treat the paths they don't understand. The maiden's charm, like a guiding star, And then the lioness eats them, with a lethal brand.

Near the forest, a house decays, And within it, an old lady resides. By the stove, a black cat stays, As she brews wicked potions, and connives.
