A sudden hush fell over the Broken Tail Saloon. Rat Masterson lay dead, and Becky Moskewitz stood over him, the barrel of her colt 45 peacemaker still warm and the smell of burnt powder a sharp tang in the air. Her eyes shone with a fearsome fire. "You killed my pa..." she bit out the phrase as she holstered her father's weapon. "Your days of killin are done."
