Why is it that I do not have to specify the ethnicity every time for white woman, but I do for a back woman? No matter what I do, unless I rigorously state several times that the woman is not white, it defaults to white. This eats up valuable prompt space and makes creating women of color more expensive by default.

But they are worth it! 😉 I got people of color when I did a mermaid/merman. Definitely a bias images/prompts, though...

OF COURSE they are worth it, but its just such an obvious racial bias... they shouldn't be more expensive to create! That means there will be less of them and the problem gets worse... I can't believe this an actual thing... I was really hoping I was just an idiot and doing something wrong 😞 

I'm currently working my way through making a comic that features all different kinds of character from all sorts of background, and I am having the most difficulty with all the non-white character images and that just makes me so mad that I know the reason behind it now...
