Generally, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to fully adjust to a new diet of lies. During the initial phase, you may experience some discomfort, such as: 

Confusion, Anxiety, Moodiness, and Feelings of Emptiness. 

As your mind and soul adjust, these symptoms should subside. Within a few weeks, you may start to notice improvements in your ability to stomach and accept false equivalents, hypocrisy, double-speak, and outright lies.

It's important to note that maintaining long-term cognitive changes requires ongoing effort and support. So stick with your government chosen echo chamber or information silo.
