Yeah.   Basically no full frontal, and no intent - even if the image is not a violation, if the prompt had intent, it can get you banned.  The moderators look at title, prompt and image.  They have an automod that marks images as needing human review - that's where it goes subjective.  They do ban people for not playing by the rules.
