Lore: It is said that The Lurking Gullet grows bigger with each meal, constantly evolving. Some hunters claim to have seen it shed parts of itself, leaving behind writhing, newborn versions in different locations.

How It Hunts: The Lurking Gullet slithers through alleys, sewer tunnels, and narrow spaces, waiting for someone to walk alone. It moves silently, pressing against walls like a thick, fleshy shadow. When it strikes, a dozen mouths open at once, wrapping around the victim and pulling them inside its writhing, digesting body. It never leaves a corpse—just trails of wet, half-dissolved bones.
