Pelojian is the spectral Guardian of Tulla, an echo of the ancient mage who shaped its grand design. Though long dead—a thousand years at least—he appears at the central pool each night, summoned only when the seeker wears his amulet and walks the arcane symbols in the correct sequence.

His presence is both riddle and revelation. Through the cantos found in four hidden rooms, each referencing magical colleges, one deciphers the path—star, spiral, spokes, cross, and finally magic—to unlock his voice. Once he speaks, he reveals the location of Vendigroth and issues a solemn warning about the journey ahead.
