The Blood Range

The Blood Range is the volcanic backbone of Lasht — a violent, sacred mountain chain that stretches from the continent’s northern jungle coasts to its southwestern desert edge. The Lashteans believe this range was formed when the gods battled titans in the sky, hurling fire and stone to the earth. Where the divine blood struck, volcanoes were born. Their constant eruptions are seen not as danger — but as conversation. Divine messages, fury, warnings, and blessings all come through fire and ash. The region is a place of pilgrimage, spiritual trials, brutal beauty, and deeply encoded hierarchies. It’s also largely inaccessible to outsiders without priestly guidance.
