"Ahoy, matey! Time to set sail… into the abyss!"
Jolly Roger the Pirate was originally built as the main attraction of Blackwater Bay Adventure, an interactive pirate-themed section of the entertainment park. His towering presence, booming voice, and lifelike animatronic features made him a fan favorite among guests. He was designed to tell tales of the sea, sing shanties, and engage in sword fights with fellow animatronic pirates. However, after the park shut down, his programming degraded, leaving him a rogue, bloodthirsty relic of a long-forgotten attraction. Now, Jolly Roger sails the empty halls of the abandoned park, seeking out new “crew members” to join him in his cursed voyage… permanently.
A massive steampunk-inspired pirate animatronic stands tall, with weathered metal and worn wood textures, a glowing red eye, and a moth-eaten navy-blue coat with gold trim, set against a background of subtle lens flare and shallow depth of field.

Base Mechanics: Fog of the Deep: Jolly Roger can create a thick, ghostly fog that fills certain areas, limiting the player’s visibility and making it easier for him to ambush them.
Silent Stalker: Despite his size, he can move eerily quietly when in pursuit, suddenly appearing behind the player when they least expect it.
The Captain’s Curse: If the player is caught looking into his glowing eye for too long, they will become momentarily paralyzed, allowing him to strike.

Death Cutscene: The player stumbles back as Jolly Roger towers over them, his single red eye flickering in the dim light. He reaches out with his massive hook, grabbing the player by the neck and lifting them effortlessly off the ground. “Ye scurvy dog…” he growls, before violently yanking the player forward. The screen turns black as the sound of splintering wood and metal fills the air—followed by a single, gurgling breath as the screen fades to static.
