There are a couple of options. An easy one is to use a start image with the two women, try generating a useful one with DreamShaper. Emphasizing that there are two women early in the prompt. Saying that 'they are holding hands walking/standing' often causes 2 people because you need 2 people to hold hands. You can ask it to generate NPC concept art (NPC = Non Player Character, for video games), and specify front and side pose, and it's given me two characters sometimes. Lastly, asking for 3 women can often give 2 women. I joke that the ai is a programmer and being 'off by 1' is a frequent programming error.
