Well I am lying in bed in the hospital at Darkwood (next to the stables)  Ella is here with a very old Nikki.  Upper limit is no concern.  Just the deal.  Two possibilities, 50/50 ownership and split (no matter how much you borrow) as a silent partner in perpetuity ,or a set years term plus interest: say  7.9% monthly on balance not indexed, Late payments handled by the dragon of course as it is hers.  Or we could look at 15% ownership of Wulfe Hall and consider the debt paid.  That way I can keep an eye on Alété and would be interested in protecting my investment.  But your call and feel free to counter offer
