Radiopunk is in no way to be confused for Decopunk. While Decopunk was proof of concept in regards of 1920s and '30s aesthetic punk, however the way it is presented does not make it anything more than just that. When I think punk, I think a sci-fi dystopia in which all of the world's tech base, (or at least the place in question) is derived from a single foundational technology. Typically, this is a source of power, or a method of function. Steampunk uses steam power, Dieselpunk uses diesel power, cyberpunk uses computers, whose use thereof is often accompanied by the word Cyber. Art deco is not a tech base, but rather an art style. I described the setting of Radio City as being driven by the Radio itself, and therefore meeting the requirements of the punk science fiction genre. You are allowed to disagree, and list your reasoning in the replies section of this comment, or your own comment in the comment section.

Home to nine billion people, and the domain of the Host, The God of the Radio. In the 1920s, the Radio was made commonplace as a means of entertainment. However, entertainment was just its most basic use. Further study of the natural force which allows it to function paired with theories and designs from a previous era enabled it to be so, so much more.

Radio's new purpose was as a means of powering even the greatest of machines, powering the world's largest city. This wireless power, requiring neither battery, nor engine made all of the above completely obsolete, and ushered in a golden age of technology. The year is now 2903, and Radio City has become the single most powerful nation in the world, having conquered the entire western hemisphere, and wielding the single most advanced tech base in history.
