Don't know how this was created, but If you use the Bing app, and go ask Copilot to draw something (not the image creator function) when viewing the results there is a button in the lower right corner that will redraw the picture in 16:9. You'd think the dedicated image creator would give you the same options as Copilot chat, but no. Note, I'm using Android.
