Vincent Van Gogh buys some rare Budded Sunflowers from a seedy-looking florist named Juniper in Amsterdam.

They were on special offer as the flower shop was closing down due to Juniper developing an allergy to vibrant hues. She'd tried dark glasses to try and tone down the overstimulation of her optic nerves, but the glasses kept slipping off her nose as she had dreadful issues with over-active sebum glands in her t-zone. She was a martyr to her mattifying powder, and oil-absorbing organic bamboo facial tissues. Vincent didn't have a clue what a t-zone was, but knew a bargain when he saw one. If he'd have had wider arms or a wheelbarrow, he'd have probably purchased more unusual and rare flowers from Juniper. As it was, his arms had just enough carrying space to hold onto the rare blooms for his 23 minutes journey home. He was tempted to call into the pie shop on the way home, but he decided against the complexity of the operation. Vincent had half a loaf of white bread in the cubbod at home and enough butter to make some lovely warm toast for his supper...
