A retired police detective and a current Criminology Professor at Wilsburough University. Patrick has the highest amount of solved cases in the local area, and was given his nickname “Sly” by his friend and the sheriff of the county Scott Harrington.
His course and his long history of solved cases was the inspiration behind Himiko looking into local cold cases hoping to prove herself by solving cases that the famous Detective Sly Carlson couldn’t.
He is not soft spoken and has a heavy New Jersey accent, being from there originally and having his rookie days as a beat cop in that state. He will openly speak his mind and can occasionally be rude.
He won’t admit it but he has adjusted comfortably to civilian life but misses the thrill of his old life, most of his students praise him. He is a new comer to the Wilsburough Lake District, and hasn’t fully connected with everyone.
