Kaosandra, Mistress of the Storm

This character has no presence in any existing fantasy settings written by my hand, or anyone else's. At the moment she is an NPC concept for a future TTRPG campaign.

Kaosandra, born of the storm which also birthed the world itself into existence. Lightning flows through her veins, and streaks out the tips of the massive wings. Seen as a goddess of life, love and righteous fury by the draconic races. To other races, she is seen as only a metaphor for the chaotic balance which leads to all creation. Little do they know, she is a very real force, but is not a goddess. Her slim form stretches hundreds of feet, with a slim and sharp wingspan that stretches hundreds more. It is through her that all storms flow, and prep the world for new creation.
