Continued from Slithy Tove 2: Perhaps the strangest ability of slithy toves is their ability to alter other beings' perception of time. They seem able to cause this in beings within 25 meters of themselves. Such beings report that events move supernaturally fast, and that very little time took place during the encounter, while observers outside of the affected area report no change. It is theorized that the silthy toves somehow slow brain activity in those affected, making everything seem to occur at a much faster rate. Those affected have greatly prolonged reaction time and slower movement.
