you click on so many peoples stuff and follow them.. after you click on so many of them you can still click and follow them but once you hit your limit they will not get a notification that you are following them.. hence when people say liked and followed you.. it is because when they hit their limits and try to get followers only way to let the people know is after you did it in a comment.. but dont do it to fast cause you will get hit as a spammer as I did yesterday lol
