Can't resist

She had volunteered to stop and check on their house each night on her way home from work while they were away. But today was Friday and she had plans after work so she decided she would go early before work. Now the pool looked so much more inviting than it did in the dark at night. She bent down and felt the water and it was like a bath. She had time she thought to herself. She looked down at herself and thought her top would dry quick, but what about her jeans? And her boots were such a hassle getting on, she really didn't want to take them off. She stepped on to the first step of the pool and paused. The next step would be the point of no return she thought. She took another step and her boots filled with water. It's now or never she thought and kept wading in going to the underwater bench on the side of the pool to soak and enjoy her spontaneous swim. The half hour she had seemed to fly by and soon she needed to wade back to the steps, lock up and head out to work.
