Chewie would win easily, Worf got beaten up by Ferengis on TNG.

He did better on DS9, and I haven't really seen a lot of Picard, but he did make captain (spoiler alert). 

But yes, for someone who blustered about fighting and honor, Worf did have some embarrassing moments.
