I assume it's not called kruvelix, but all joking aside, is this based on a real Finnish fish paste? I know about garum, Worcestershire sauce, and Swedish surströmming and smörgåskaviar, but can't find reference to a specifically Finnish spread. I'm a big fan of an anchovy paste (not fermented) that appears intermittently in our shops, and of pickled herring, so I'd definitely be willing to give this a try.
