When Wells Met Welles

It's October 28, 1940. H. G. Wells meets Orson Welles for the first & maybe only time. Wells (without the second "e"), then 74, was the writer of 'The War of the Worlds' and Welles (with the extra "e"), then 25, had in 1938 captivated America with a radio play of Wells' novel. Among other things they discuss in the interview is World War II happening at the time, and Welles' radio play which was reported to have cause widespread panic among listeners who thought a real invasion was happening.
