Mario and his brother Rangi were Finni's neighbors from 1988 to 2001. Finni was between the two brothers in age, so he fit perfectly into the trio and felt like a brother to them. Mario, the younger brother, was a musical prodigy, had a polite demeanor, and was exceptionally well educated. For many years, they played together in the neighborhood and talked. From puberty onwards, their contact decreased but did not break off. After Finni moved away in 2001, they remained in touch by letter. Finni mourned for a long time when he learned that Mario had died in 2018.
