There's a number of tools available. This was produced using Suno. A few of my others were done using UDIO when it was free. The UDIO people aren't very helpful though, but you might have a different experience if you want to try it. 
It's a good idea to look up some music theory in order to write prompts that more accurately get the effect you're after. It saves listening through a lot of garbage generations. Things like charts that describe the emotional response typically generated by various keys. The type of melody eg arpeggiated melody. There are also prompt lists that give you the prompts to use for various genres and styles of music as well as the prompt notation used by the various AI music generators. You can specify instruments, instrumental or purely vocal sections, interludes, crescendos, tempo, instrumental solos etc. 

Oh, by the way, they work by generating short sections at a time. They finally added the ability to add short instrumental intro's, then you add your lyrics one or two or even three stanza'a at a time depending on the tempo you want. If you enter a lot of stanza's the AI will usually speed up the tempo. Less, you get a slower tempo and more room for instrumental ornamentation.
