Makaela was a beautiful elf that dwelled in the Whispering Wood. She was betrothed to an elvish prince from Tes'Solaris. Then she was betrayed on her wedding day when the prince married another. She was so angry and vengeful that she took her own life in shame, and cursed the prince that she would come back and haunt him.
She is now a banshee that can be heard wailing in the Whispering Wood and none go near in fear of her wrath.
