I made this in Imagen 3 at Google Labs.
I typically imagine a Teletubby's Musculature as being pink and resembling Cotten Candy, and it's Organs being Multicoloured and slightly toylike and plasticy.
And if Teletubbies were real; - there'd be plenty of guys scrapping and modifying their little infantile cyborg @$$es.
