Nadia Al-Hanaki from Zombies, Run!

This is how I picture Nadia, New Canton’s comms officer, from Zombies, Run!. I am aware some might depict her with a hijab but I just haven’t taken her from dialogue to be an observant Muslim who would necessarily do that (not sure of her faith at all in fact). Based on my research, the surname Al-Hanaki is associated with Yemeni heritage, and the history of the Yemeni community in the UK ranges from families arriving at ports in the 19th century to Yemeni Jewish people who came to London, to recent arrivals, all of whom may have various approaches.

Anyway, your mileage may vary, given the wide variety of possible upbringings I just listed, and definitely feel free to depict her in the way that suits your headcanon!

My version of Runner 5 has a very fraught dynamic where Nadia is concerned, because of something that involved Nadia that she feels very deep guilt for (and confessed to far sooner than the game seems to imply).
