I suspected what it was, but googled it anyway.   . . . Makes me think of the LEGO® Hidden Side 70423 Paranormal Intercept Bus 3000 the porta potty (portable toilet) seems like a cousin to the toilet mimic based on the google results for the mimic.  

That is a rad Lego set!  Definitely related !
