Llolanda [yo-LAHN-dah], better known as Llo-Llo ["yo-yo"] is a girly tomboy. She is definitely NOT "one of the boys!"

While she enthusiastically loves playing sports, she is extremely cooperative instead of competitive. The game matters. Having fun matters.  Being social and supportive is paramount. Hence:

As to why she's a noncombatant: her superpowers are potentially crippling and/or lethal. While she seems immature, high strung, and insecure, her self-control over her powers is phenomenal.

I struggle with *rejection sensitivity* which is an intense emotional reaction to perceived or actual rejection, often rooted in past trauma or neglect. People with rejection sensitivity may overanalyze interactions, fear abandonment, or experience deep emotional pain from criticism or social exclusion. It is common in those with cPTSD, ADHD, and other mental health conditions, making relationships and self-esteem difficult to navigate. Even minor setbacks can trigger overwhelming feelings of worthlessness or shame. 

Recognizing rejection sensitivity is key to managing it—through self-awareness, therapy, and building emotional resilience, it’s possible to reduce its impact and develop healthier connections.
