“Cyrondelle” is the first thing that comes to mind. Of course, I’m well aware that that’s a French feminization, not an Elvish one.

Cyrondiel? Ending everything with -iel is a good cheat code, although it would get boring fast.

("Cyrondil/Cyrondel" means "Lover of stars" to keep the same translation I decided not to go with Cyrondiel, as that wpuld change it to "Daughter of Lover of Stars".)
