Kara Zor-El came to Earth and became Supergirl. She protected us from harm and inspired us to be better people. She encouraged  hope, help, and compassion for all.

Then the Joker thought up a prank. He kidnapped Kara's wife, Lena Luthor, and used a blend of deadly chemicals to turn her into a psychopathic murder, just like him. Lex Luthor chimed in as well, giving his sister powers to match Supergirl.

Kara could not save her beloved and was forced to end her misery. Now she knew the petty cruelty of humans. She killed Lex and the Joker first. Criminals received no mercy. Armies fell before her. Governments fell like dominos.

No morals held her back as she cast aside everyone who tried to stop her. Even her cousin, Superman, was no match.

Supergirl is gone. She is now The Supreme, and she rules this world with an Nth metal fist. Basking in her power, The Supreme kills at whim with glee.

There is no hope. All is lost.
