The Spell of Love

Lila had always been fascinated by magic. She loved reading books about witches, wizards, and spells, and she secretly wished she could have some of their powers. She especially wanted to cast a love spell on the man of her dreams, Ethan.

She waited until midnight, and then she set up the altar in her bedroom. She lit the candle, placed the rose in a vase, and put the picture of Ethan next to it. She cut a strand of her hair, and wrapped it around the picture. She recited the words of the spell:

"By the power of fire and flower, By the light of moon and star, I invoke the ancient power, To make you love me from afar. Let your heart be drawn to mine, Let your soul be one with mine, Let your mind be filled with mine, Let your body be mine. So mote it be."

She felt a surge of energy run through her body, and she blew out the candle. She went to bed, feeling hopeful and excited.
