Thank you for sharing such beautiful memories. You are blessed!
So beautiful!! I love irises. We used to have the strangest white irises that were kind of like glads, on a stalk. Lost in the fire. What are your favorite flowers? I love bleeding hearts and water lilies and lilacs, too, and really too many to list. Daisies, even the humble petunia. Orchids, in all their many shapes and sizes. Violets, both African and English. Glads because they’re tall and don’t make me sneeze. Tulips because we have fields full of them that we try to visit, about 4 hours away. Lavender, with fields of them quite nearby. Roses. Passion flowers, looking like some sort of colorful alien plant. Columbine. … I’m the daughter of a forester and a plant lady, so I could actually make this longer! Vinca, also known as periwinkle. Camelias. Dogwood. Gardenias. Blue and white bells. Snapdragons. Trillium. Peonies, which are actually higher on the list. I will probably think of more soon! My very best to you, and I truly love these irises!!🪻🌷🌸🌺🪷🌼🌻🌹💐🍄🪴🌱🌾
