The fried egg is actually made from the lid of a plastic margarine tub. I melted it in my air fryer for 3 minutes at 350° F. I scorched the edges over the coal fire to give it that rustic café look. The yolk is actually amber - egg yolk amber that I found at the bottom of my sewing basket wrapped in silver paper. It used to be in a pendant I wore in the 1920s. True story! 🤣🍳
